I absolutely love this recipe—it’s one of my personal favorites that I make regularly! Whenever I’m craving something sweet, this creamy, dreamy chocolate mousse hits the spot. Made with all organic ingredients like avocado, bananas, and dates, it’s not only delicious but also super healthy. Plus, it’s so easy to whip up—you’ll want to make it all the time too!


Ingredients (All Organic): I do recommend using all organic(Why Organic?) ingredients where possible
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons of organic cacao powder (what is organic cacao?)
  • 1/4 avocado (for that dreamy, creamy texture)
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings:
  • Fresh berries (like blueberries or strawberries)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chia seeds

Instructions
  1. Blend it up: Throw the avocado, bananas, salt, vanilla bean paste, dates, and almond milk into your blender. I use a high-speed blender to get it extra smooth and creamy.
  2. Blend until it’s velvety: Keep blending until it’s super smooth—this is where the avocado does its magic!
  3. Chill time: Pop the mousse in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes. It sets perfectly and gives it that mousse-like texture.
  4. Dress it up: When it’s ready, top with fresh organic berries, a sprinkle of desiccated coconut, and chia seeds for an extra boost of nutrients and flavor.
